Rotem joined ToxSorb in 2014 after 10 years in academia. He focuses on bridging the gap between technology
and people – taking great inventions and designing processes. He also teaches hydrology and meteorology at Tel-Hai College. He previously headed the Agricultural Department in the Golan Regional Council and developed the water management decision support system for the upper Jordan River catchment. Rotem holds an M.Sc. in Agricultural Science from the Hebrew University and a Ph.D. in Hydrometeorology from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
